Born in 1960
Ph.D in sociology, economics and anthropology.
Qualified in:
systemic consulting and coaching and NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming)
Company culture and strategies and structural changes fascinate me. I see the interplay between these as a challenge for balance in systemic consulting. My experience in consulting in many countries and companies from different branches of industry has brought the idea of diversity to life for me. I constantly see how in practice work in large groups becomes an effective instrument of change.
I have also examined the theoretical aspects of this in several publications. I train systemic consultants worldwide. I like working against an international background.
